Who we are

This website is operated by GeoSynapse LTD ("ГеоСинапс" ЕООД), a company registered in Bulgaria under company number (ЕИК) 208831340, with registered address бул. "Хан Крум" № 40, ет. 3, гр. Бургас 8000, Bulgaria. GeoSynapse LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through chinageo.eu. China GEO EU is a venture operated within GeoSynapse.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, and the message you write. We do not collect any other personal data through this site beyond standard, privacy-friendly website analytics (see below).

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We process contact-form data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to scope and deliver the services you have asked about — this is our legal basis under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Where a message does not lead to a contract, we continue to rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in running correspondence and maintaining the security of this website. We do not use this information for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell or share it with third parties other than the technical partners strictly necessary to deliver a service you have specifically requested.

Who processes it, and international transfers

Contact-form submissions are transmitted, for delivery purposes only, through Resend (resend.com), an email-delivery service that sends the submission to our inbox. Resend does not use your information for its own purposes; it acts as our processor for this single function. Resend processes data in the United States. This transfer is covered by Resend's Standard Contractual Clauses (issued under its GDPR Data Processing Addendum) and by Resend's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, both of which provide the safeguards GDPR requires for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a client relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact, below).

Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personal data that identifies you individually. No cookie-consent banner is shown because no tracking cookies are set.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As GeoSynapse LTD is established in Bulgaria, the competent authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria (Комисия за защита на личните данни, cpdp.bg); if you are based in another EU/EEA country, you may instead complain to your own national data protection authority.
